Coffee roasting in stages
-
1 Choose beans (up to 120g) and fill up the roasting chamber.
-
2 Find the right roasting profile and press start.
-
3 Automated roasting, duration about 5 minutes.
-
4 Switch to the collection cup and pour beans over
-
5 Let the beans rest for 1-2 days for optimal taste, or grind and brew immediately.
Grind the coffee immediately before brewing for fresh taste and as many aromas as possible.
Uniform grinding of the beans and the degree of grinding are of great importance for taste and aromas with different brewing methods and preferences.
The degree of grinding determines how quickly the water can penetrate the coffee during brewing. A grind that is too coarse can result in an underdeveloped flavor, while a grind that is too fine can result in a bitter and over-extracted coffee. The right degree of grinding depends on your brewing method.
